ticket purchase policies

Tickets for all events can be purchased in person at the UO Ticket Office or by calling the Ticket Office. Tickets for some events can also be purchased online through the UO Ticket Office website.

refunds and exchanges

All ticket sales are final. Exchanges or refunds will not be issued after a ticket has been purchased, even if the ticket is lost, stolen or destroyed. Therefore, before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection.

refunds are available for cancelled events

If the promoter or participants cancel an event, we will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price. If the event is moved or rescheduled, the promoter may set refund limitations. In this case, please contact us 541.346.4363 for exact instructions.

tickets purchased at the UO ticket office

If you purchased your ticket at the UO Ticket Office you can only receive a refund by presenting the ticket to us in person.

tickets purchased through the UO ticket office website or by phone

Tickets purchased on the UO Ticket Office website are subject to a per order handling charge, which is not refundable. A credit to the credit card that you used to purchase the ticket(s) will be issued for the refund of both online and phone purchases.

delivery of tickets purchased online or by phone

If you choose to receive your tickets through the mail, please allow at least 14 days for delivery of your tickets. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact us 541.346.4363. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery.

Tickets delivered through Will Call are available at the UO Ticket Office prior to the event 2 business days after you have purchased them or at the event one hour prior to the show.

The UO Ticket Office will not release tickets if the name on the ID and credit card does not match the name used to purchase the ticket(s) or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the ticket(s).

we may limit the number of tickets per customer

If the promoter or producer of the event determines that it is necessary to discourage unfair ticket buying practices for a particular event, you may be limited to a maximum specified number of tickets. Any limitations will be noted when placing your order.
