There are a limited number of residence hall rooms on the UO campus for the IAMCR Conference June 19-24, 2018.

You can’t get any closer to the heart of campus than Carson Hall. Carson residents enjoy great views, large windows, and a short walk to anywhere on campus

Located on the east side of campus near the Jaqua Center and Matthew Knight Area, residents in Hamilton have great indoor and outdoor community spaces. The community lounges and outdoor Humpy Lumpy Lawn are favorite hangout spots for those staying in Hamilton and neighboring communities.

Global Scholars Hall
Enhanced Single Room: $80.00
Enhanced Double Room: $67.00

Located on the east edge of campus, the Global Scholars Hall is home to many of our Academic Residential Communities. Global Scholars Hall is also one of two communities that house a Learning Commons and a live-in faculty member to assist with research papers and academics in general. The main level of this building features classroom spaces, and a recreation room.

Kalapuya Ilihi
Enhanced Single Room: $98.00
Enhanced Double Room: $85.00

Kalapuya Ilihi, the university's newest residence hall, opened in fall 2017. The ground floor features large open spaces that allow students and faculty to come together in spaces designed for learning and collaboration.

NOTE: Standard hotel amenities like air conditioning, room service, 24-hour check-in and daily maid service are NOT available.


*Payment Information
All room reservations require a credit card to process your reservation. Your credit card is required as a guarantee and will be charged in advance of your arrival. (Be sure to read the cancellation policy). Hamilton Hall is available for post-conference extended stay dates. If you would like to stay June 25th and/or June 26th please book rooms in Hamilton Hall

*Cancellation Policy All changes to your reservations and housing cancellations must be made by Monday, May 28, 2018. All cancellations must be submitted in writing; send an e-mail to irvin@uoregon.edu . Cancellations will be subject to a $35 service fee. After the cancellation deadline of May 28, 2018, no refunds will be granted for cancelled reservations.

*Confirmations
Guests will receive a confirmation email if a valid e-mail address has been provided. Guests must also complete the Guest Information Form (see confirmation email for link)
*Roommate Request
If you reserve a double room, there will be two people assigned to the room. You can request to room with a specific person in the Guest Information Form (see confirmation email for link)
*Changes to Your Reservation
All changes to your reservation must be made by May 28, 2018. Reservations are non-transferable, and you will be asked to show a picture ID upon arrival.

*Check-In for Your Housing Room
Check in will be handled at the Global Scholars Hall (GSH) Service Center on East 15th Avenue. There will be signs for the GSH Service Center. Housing check-In will be available from 4pm-Midnight on June 19th and June 20th and then through conference organizers for the remaining days. Guest will be required to show ID upon check-in. For those driving, there will be a temporary drop off area for unloading and check-in until you receive further parking information and assistance at the Service Center.

If you plan to arrive outside of those hours and need to check-into your room please call our afterhours number 1-541-346-5686 as you are arriving to campus and a staff member will greet you near the residence hall you are occupying with your room keys. Please allow a notification of at least 15 minutes to our staff prior to your arrival on campus. There will be further information in a final email confirmation sent to all participants as we near the conference date.

*Check-Out for Your Housing Room
If checking out prior to the end of the conference, Check-Out is by Noon on the day of your departure. If you plan to Check-Out on June 25th Check-Out is by 11am. If you plan to stay June 25th and/or June 26th, Check-Out is by 11am. Extended stay is only offered for those staying in Hamilton Hall.
